CKRents.ca relies on listing providers to submit truthful and accurate information. Users are responsible for independently verifying the property, the identity and authority of the person offering it, the terms of the rental and any other information before submitting personal information, sending funds, signing a lease or entering into a rental agreement.
CKRents.ca is not responsible for errors, omissions, misrepresentations, unauthorized listings, rental disputes, property conditions or losses arising from reliance on information provided by a landlord, property manager or other user.
